• Vendor Qualification - Evaluation of capabilities - compliance with material specifications and pricing.

Purchase Orders Production Requirements

• Purchase Orders - With shipping dates and pricing.
• Tri Sect / Customer Communication - Designate prime contracts.
• Production Requirments - Establish lead times & product specifications - prime contacts will monitor schedules.

Manufacturing Requirements

• Factory Experiments - Evaluate submitted product samples and schedule scale up on new product production.
• Production Runs - With process standard in place, manufacture product for test market, then full-scale production.

Quality Procedures

• Technical Assistance - Product support and quality improvement.
• Raw Materials - Certificate of analysis to conform to established raw material specifications.
• Packaging Specifications - Incoming inspection to verify specifications.
• Process Standard - Formulation processing instructions.
• Material Safety Data Sheet - Reference guide to ensure personal & environmental safety.
• Finished Product Specification - Final quality acceptance testing of product to ensure product conformance.

Quality and Process Control

• Production Run Samples - Maintain samples of each batch produced for two years.
• Quality Control Data - Test each batch to determine compliance with specifications.
• Production Release - Ship product that complies with all specifications - assign lot numbers.
